Acquire a real QB in Minnesota and take them all the way this year with AP and the great offensive and defensive line supporting casts. Give LJ a better offensive line than KC's now (and whose isn't) and you'll see a boost from his real performance updates as the season goes along in this fantasy/simulation hybrid league. It's much more like real football than a fantasy, as you are deciding on the 53-man roster deadline to either keep a promising rookie draft pick who probably won't go unclaimed to make your practice squad or a pricey veteran on the decline but would require a hefty cap hit to cut due to the large signing bonus you handed him last off-season.
